Sorry, but Jay Cutler's regression is all on the Bears. After yet another step backward for the former Pro Bowl quarterback against the Eagles, Cutler is taking more of the heat-with my Sun-Times colleague Dan McNeil of the Score putting the blame squarely on Cutler.
