News: Schobel finished the 2009 season with 56 tackles and 10 sacks, his best campaign since 2006.
Spin: Unfortunately, there's talk it may also be Schobel's last season. He's a bit burnt out after playing in the league for nine seasons and never getting into a playoff game, so this is going in one of three directions for Schobel: 1) He'll call it quits after a solid career; 2) The Bills will trade him so he can play for a contender; 3) He decides he'll give it one more go with Buffalo because he sees promise in the new coaching staff. Schobel still has a few months to decide. |
